Accuracy and veracity of data provided

Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and updating of the personal data provided, to which effect they may update or rectify them at any time.

When sending information with personal data of third parties, the User guarantees to Ontier Group that he/she has power of attorney or has been granted authorization by the owner of the data to provide them. The User also undertakes to inform the owner of the data about the data processing carried out by the Ontier Group.

Personal information collected and sources

Purposes, legal bases and time limits for the conservation of personal data

Depending on the use of the Website and its professional interactions, the Ontier Group may process the personal data of Website Users for the following purposes:

1. Communication with Users and potential customers.

For this purpose, Ontier Group may process the User’s personal data in order to provide them with the requested information or to respond to their requests, send them a quote or fee proposal, by any means, including electronic means (i.e. contact forms, email, telephone, etc.). The reply to requests for quotations may include communications of an informative nature related to the User’s request.

Your data will be processed on the basis of the implementation of pre-contractual measures necessary for the development of the contractual and/or commercial relationship or the satisfaction of your request. Your contact details may also be processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Ontier Group for your professional localization and the development of the business relationship. The data will be processed for 1 year from the last interaction and, if this period elapses, the data may be kept blocked for up to 5 years in order to meet any liabilities of any kind that may arise from the processing. Subsequently, the personal data will be deleted.

In the event of a contractual relationship with the potential customer, personal data may continue to be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and/or for the duration of administrative and/or judicial proceedings. At the end of this relationship, personal data may be retained for a period of up to 10 years. At the end of this period, the personal data will be deleted.

2. To gestion spontaneous application or for a selection process open selection process.

In the event that the Candidate consents to the additional retention/updating of his or her data, the Candidate is duly informed that the Ontier Group may send him or her future job opportunities. Likewise, in the event that at the end of the retention period provided for in this processing activity, the Ontier Group is interested in retaining the personal data for an additional period, the basis of legitimacy that will protect the Ontier Group to process the data additionally will also be the express consent, which the User/Candidate will give by accepting such retention and updating their personal data so that the Ontier Group can send them future job opportunities.

Data is processed when necessary to establish an employment or contractual relationship with the new employee and, that information is transferred to the personnel file for record keeping purposes.

As part of your status as an employee of the Ontier Group, your identification data (including your image) and your professional contact details, as well as your professional or academic information, may be disseminated on the Website and professional social networks of the Ontier Group, as well as communicated for dissemination to legal directories, media, clients or other collaborating entities.
