Florencia focuses her practice on advising companies and clients in the capital markets, including public and private investment funds, stock exchanges, brokerage firms and concessionaires.
She specializes in corporate matters, shareholders agreements, corporate governance, corporate reorganizations, establishment of companies in Chile and representation before national authorities. She also has experience in drafting contracts, private instruments, due diligence processes and labor matters such as internal regulations, employment contracts and dismissal processes.
Additionally, she has been involved in voluntary causes such as donations and effective possessions, both testate and intestate, providing a comprehensive and rigorous vision in each case.
