Lorenzo has been actively involved in several transactions related to the energy sector, advising clients on the legal aspects of the development of renewable energy projects. He also has extensive experience in M&A transactions, PPAs and financing of solar and wind projects in the Americas and Europe.
He has advised in multiple cross-border transactions, supporting several multinational companies in their investment processes in Mexico and other Latin American countries.
Secretary of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Mexico from 2017 to present, providing support to Spanish companies in their investment process in Mexico.
