Jorge combines a close and personalized approach with a solid experience in advising global companies, especially in internationalization, contracting and M&A processes.
He opened ONTIER’s office in Chile, and currently leads the firm’s activity in Latin America, heading ONTIER Chile and Peru.
He has advised companies in their investments and operations both in the region and in Europe, mainly in the energy and infrastructure sectors, providing a strategic vision and a deep knowledge of complex legal environments. His international experience allows him to accompany his clients in key decisions with a practical and business-oriented approach.
Advised INDRA in the acquisition of ICA Systems and Security (ICASyS), a company specialized in the design, installation and management of cybersecurity solutions (2023).
Advised Frontal Trust, a Chilean investment fund manager, in the internationalization of one of its real estate funds for the investment, development and management of logistics platforms in Spain (2022).
Advised Duro Felguera during its global restructuring and refinancing process, assuming the position of interim director of the legal department (2021).
