Inés Pajares de Dios Tarancón advises before the European Commission and the CNMC, in relation to all areas of EU and Competition Law, including cartels(dawn raids and leniency programs), restrictive agreements, abuses of dominant position and merger control (national, European and cross-border) in a wide range of sectors.

She also advises on foreign direct investment (FDI) and participates in important Spanish cases related to claims for damages arising from competition law infringements.
