With over 20 years of complex commercial litigation experience, Michael Mena drives Ontier’s U.S. strategy and expands its cross-border capabilities for clients operating between Europe, Latin America, and the United States. Throughout his career, Michael’s practice has focused on all aspects of litigation in federal and state court, with an emphasis on complex disputes. He has first-chair trial experience in both federal and state court and has handled a variety of litigation matters over the course of his career, including business and contract disputes, real estate disputes, torts, class actions, securities litigation, and commercial foreclosures.
