Amelia is a lawyer specialized in civil law, with a deep knowledge of the field gained after six years of preparation for the Judicial Service examinations. She is currently part of the litigation department, working in the banking sector.
Legal advice to banking entities, such as CAIXA, covering everything from potential out-of-court settlements to the initiation of legal actions in mortgage enforcement and ordinary civil proceedings. In the latter, special consideration is given to the new implementation and requirement of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) mechanisms in the pre-litigation phase.
