Alejandro Sosa

Alejandro has advised on international transactions, corporate law, and taxation. He joined Ontier Venezuela after his tenure at D’Empaire Reyna Bermúdez (now known as D’Empaire) from 2003 to 2006. His experience includes working on cross-border transactions, advising major Venezuelan construction companies, and handling tax matters for companies and their shareholders, including those residing in the U.S. and Spain. He has also facilitated the acquisition and reorganization of group companies by foreign corporations.In addition to his legal career, Alejandro has taught Civil Law at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. He is fluent in Spanish and English, enhancing his capability to engage in diverse legal contexts.
