Álvaro is a lawyer with experience advising on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, and corporate reorganizations, in both domestic and international contexts.
Prior to joining Ontier, he developed his professional career at PwC and Garrigues, where he advised domestic and international clients on commercial and corporate matters.
He focuses his practice on supporting industrial partners, investment funds, and management teams throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, including transaction structuring, negotiation of contractual and corporate documentation, and deal closing.
His advisory approach is based on rigorous technical analysis, with a strong focus on execution and on delivering effective legal solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives and operational realities.
