Ana Claudia combines extensive experience in regulatory and public affairs, sustainability and corporate governance with a deep understanding of business and highly regulated industries. She is recognized for delivering legal and regulatory solutions aligned with her clients’ business strategies, integrating legal, operational and reputational perspectives to address complex challenges in an evolving regulatory environment.
As a member of the Executive Committee of Movistar Peru, she advised the company on the development and launch of B2C and B2B products and services, as well as on strategic regulatory matters, including spectrum allocation, 5G deployment, major regulatory reforms shaping the ICT sector, and other key business initiatives.
As Data Protection Officer (DPO), she led the data privacy and personal data protection strategy of one of Peru's leading ICT companies. She also contributed to the implementation of corporate governance frameworks and the review of corporate policies during the company's ownership transition.
Led the sustainability and public affairs strategy of Movistar Peru, driving the implementation of a double materiality assessment, the development of strategic partnerships with international organizations, the public sector and academia, and ESG initiatives recognized with Peru's National Environmental Award and other national and international distinctions.
