Carla is a lawyer specialized in corporate law, contracts and corporate law, with extensive experience in corporate reorganizations. She joined Ontier in 2025, before that she worked as Head of Corporate Counsel at Matthei Abogados. She has 16 years of experience in complex corporate matters, she was Head of Contracts at SGS Chile, and before that Senior Manager of the Corporate Law area at Deloitte Chile. She is a lawyer graduated from Universidad Chile, and studied a Master in International Contracts and Comparative Law at the Law School of Universidad de Chile (2009) and a Postgraduate Degree in Economics and Finance for Lawyers, at the School of Economics and Business of the same university.
