Claire Morel de Westgaver practices international arbitration as a lawyer, advocate and arbitrator from Ontier’s London office. Her practice focuses on disputes involving technology, corporate transactions, licensing, cross-border contracts, trade secrets, intellectual property and cybersecurity, in sectors such as information technology, pharmaceuticals, retail, energy and art.
Claire has been involved in arbitrations under various rules, including LCIA, ICC, AAA/ICDR, UNCITRAL, WIPO, Cepani and CCJA, and has handled cases involving the laws of numerous jurisdictions around the world.
