Javier has a solid experience in labor litigation that combines court practice with recurrent advice on corporate labor relations matters. He mainly advises companies in the following sectors: commerce, technology companies (TIC’S), and transportation and logistics. He has also been a lecturer in labor law and labor relations at the following universities: Pontifica de Comillas (ICADE), Malaga, Leon or Burgos among other prestigious academic institutions as well as author of several doctrinal and research articles.
