Advising a Spanish contractor on its work in Saudi Arabia in connection with 60 delay claims related to a major road project in Riyadh, with particular focus on the application of Saudi law and assessment of the likelihood of success before the Saudi courts.

Representation of a UAE-based contractor executing the construction of a large project in Riyadh in connection with a stay claim in an arbitration under the ICC Expedited Procedure Rules. An interim measure by way of emergency arbitration was obtained within 24 hours.
