Lucía’s professional experience is focused on civil and commercial litigation both before the Spanish courts and in commercial arbitration before the main national and international courts (CAM, CEA, CIMA, CCI and CIAM).
He has participated in dispute resolution in cases of particular complexity and amount, in contractual matters (construction and engineering projects, energy, transportation, infrastructure, real estate) and corporate matters (disputes between partners, challenges to corporate resolutions and directors’ liability).
She has also intervened in proceedings for the recognition,
enforcement and annulment of arbitral awards and has acted as secretary in national and international arbitration proceedings (CAM and CIAM).
His working languages are Spanish and English. He also speaks French.

Advising a major Spanish company in an ICC arbitration proceeding (in Spanish and applicable Peruvian law) in a dispute related to the execution of a multi-million dollar infrastructure project in Lima (Peru).
Advising a leading multinational company in the energy sector in a relevant legal proceeding related to a gas and electricity distribution contract and a financial hedging agreement.
