Mónica holds a PhD in Law and is a professor of Administrative Law at the University of Oviedo, where she currently carries out her teaching and research activities. She is the author of multiple doctrinal works that have been published in publishing houses and scientific journals of the highest prestige in her discipline and participates in several research projects as a member of the Administrative Law research group, recognized by the University of Oviedo. In addition, she is a guest professor and lecturer at other universities, research centers and public and private institutions.
Since 2013 she has been a consultant in Ontier’s Public, Regulatory and Urban Planning Law Department, advising both private entities and Public Administrations in the most varied matters of Administrative Law, including, especially, those related to the regulatory intervention of the Administration in private activity and all its consequences, as well as in the field of urban planning, where she is in charge of providing legal advice to companies and Public Administrations in relation to important urban development operations.
