He is recognized for his important contributions to the Venezuelan capital markets, introducing numerous innovations. His experience includes advising both underwriters and issuers on all aspects of securities regulation and conducting takeover bids. His fluency in Spanish, English and French enhances his ability to function effectively in diverse legal environments. Pedro’s work has been instrumental in shaping the financial landscape in Venezuela thanks to his innovative approaches and specialized knowledge. He received his LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School (1988), where he was a Fulbright Scholar and a recipient of the C. Clyde Fergusson Fellowship. He graduated summa cum laude with a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (1986), receiving the Roberto Goldschmidt Award. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
