Ricardo brings extensive experience in corporate and tax matters, particularly in international transactions and in the restructuring of corporate groups. Prior to joining Ontier Venezuela, he worked in the legal department of a leading international corporate and trust services company based in Curaçao. He was also an associate at Tinoco Travieso Planchart & Núñez. During his law studies, Ricardo worked as a paralegal in the tax department of Baker & Mackenzie in Caracas. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law. Fluent in Spanish, English and Italian, Ricardo’s diverse language skills complement his extensive legal experience.
