Ricardo is a distinguished lawyer who brings extensive experience in corporate and tax matters, especially in international transactions and business group restructuring. Before joining Ontier Venezuela he worked in the legal department of a leading international corporate and fiduciary services company based in Curaçao. He was also an associate at Tinoco Travieso Planchart & Nuñez. During his law studies, Ricardo worked as a legal assistant in the tax department of Baker & Mackenzie in Caracas. LL.M. in Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University School of Law. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, Ricardo’s diverse linguistic abilities complement his extensive legal expertise.
