Advice and sponsorship, in consumer protection matters, to the main banks in the country in their highly complex cases before INDECOPI. Sponsorship of important national companies and transnational business groups in their administrative proceedings before Indecopi in matters of Competition, Consumer, Bureaucratic Barriers, Intellectual Property and privacy.
Participation, advising and sponsoring companies, in the main antitrust cases of recent years, such as the case of the "alleged price fixing of LPG, NGV and gasohol" and the case of the "Construction Club".
In charge of the restructuring of a USD 13,000,000 (thirteen million dollars) debt of a textile company in a bankruptcy proceeding at INDECOPI.
