Rodrigo has solid experience advising and representing major companies from both the public and private sectors in matters related to administrative law, consumer protection, competition law (antitrust and unfair competition), bureaucratic barriers, insolvency law, intellectual property, and data protection.
He advises and represents clients in both administrative and judicial proceedings, primarily companies in the retail, banking, food, real estate, and airport sectors, among others. He is known for proposing efficient solutions, understanding clients’ needs, and providing effective and tailored support.

Advising and representing major banks in the country on consumer protection matters in highly complex cases before INDECOPI. Representation of major domestic companies and multinational business groups in administrative proceedings before INDECOPI in matters relating to Competition, Consumer Protection, Bureaucratic Barriers, Intellectual Property, and Privacy.

Participation in the most significant competition law cases of recent years, advising and representing companies in matters such as the alleged price-fixing case involving LPG, NGV, and gasohols, as well as the “Construction Club” case.
