Advising an important group of international businessmen on European law matters and acting as counsel in the appeal brought before the Court of Justice of the European Union for the non-contractual liability of the Union for damages caused by the European Commission in the exercise of its functions. The amount of the claim exceeded 50 million euros, although the overall economic interest of the case is considered incalculable.
