Extensive experience in transactions in the renewable energy sector. In 2023, successfully closed the sale of Asterion Energies Group to Repsol. Advising minority partners with key positions in the Group's management. The transaction involved the sale of assets with an electricity production of more than 7,700 MW in Spain, France and Italy, for a price of more than 570 million euros.
He was part of the Ontier team that advised Grupo Slim in the acquisition of Grupo FCC, a process that included several voluntary and/or mandatory takeover bids of companies such as FCC, Realia or Cementos Portland Valderribas, the purchase of 25% of Realia from Bankia, the restructuring and sale of the Giant group in the US, the financing of the construction of the Wanda Metropolitano stadium for Atlético de Madrid or the acquisition of a significant stake of the Ether Koplowtiz group in FCC, among others.
Representation of the interests of a shipowner with two vessels under construction for an approximate value of 160 million euros in the insolvency proceedings of Astilleros La Naval in Bilbao. In a situation of insolvency, by means of several agreements with the insolvent company, the banks and the insolvency administration, the first ship was removed from the shipyard for its completion in Santander, and the construction contract for the second one was terminated with the recovery of the total investment made in it.
