Representing REAM SGR S.p.A., a major real estate asset management company, in the acquisition of a real estate asset located in Turin, for a surface of more than 6,000 sqm, entirely let to a major large scale retail trade operator.
Representing Polimoda, a private fashion school in Florence, Italy, originally founded by Shirley Goodman and Don Emilio Pucci, in the purchase from M.T. Manifattura Tabacchi S.p.A. of a building of approx. 7,000 sqm of GBA, located within the real estate complex “Ex-Manifattura Tabacchi” – i.e. a former industrial site built between 1930 and 1940 originally used for tobacco processing, located in Florence and consisting of 15 buildings with a total covered surface area of approximately 100,000 sqm.
Representing Acquinex A/S, as insurer, in the issue of a buyer’s warranties and indemnities policy aimed at covering the transactional risk related to the share deal acquisition by Anima Holding S.p.A, from OCM OPPS XB Ita Investment (Castello) S.à.r.l. and Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo S.p.A. , of the shares representing 80% (eighty percent) of the share capital of Castello SGR
S.p.A., a company managing closed-end investment real estate funds for approx. 3,900,000,000.00 euro of
AuM with approx. 1,700,000,000.00 euro of NAV.
