Advised German bank Nord/LB as MLA, letter of credit issuing bank, facility agent and hedging provider, acting as lenders’ legal counsel, in connection with a long-term, non-recourse, senior secured project financing granted to SPVs owned by the L&G NTR Clean Power Fund for the financing of 115 MWp photovoltaic solar projects supported by PPAs in Ciudad Real and Granada.
