Anthony Santos Escobedo Salazar

Anthony is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in labor and social security law, with a practice focused on representing companies before all judicial instances in the country. He represents corporations in claims for reinstatement due to unjustified, fraudulent, or null dismissal; compensation for arbitrary termination; invalidation of contracts; and disputes over pension contributions, among others.

He has distinguished himself as a defense attorney in litigation involving vacation leave, with particular strength in managing the burden of proof, which has allowed him to develop effective strategies in highly complex cases.

He holds a law degree from the University of San Martín de Porres. He has completed a Master’s degree in Labor Law at the University of San Martín de Porres and a specialization in labor relations and social security at the University of Alcalá (Spain).
