She provides advice and assistance in and out of court in the main areas of labour law. Assists companies in the transfer of employees (in case of application of the so-called “social safeguard clause”) during transfers and/or new awards of public and private contracts. She assists companies in merger/acquisition procedures with regard to labour law and privacy issues.
Assisting companies in the preparation of procedures to comply with regulations on safety in the workplace and on the protection of personal data. In this area she has extensive experience and she assist client companies in the creation of an efficient corporate compliance function. She is DPO of several companies

Assisting a German bank in litigation for the recovery of a claim arising from a state-guaranteed loan of over EUR 85 million.

DPO activities and privacy consultancy also related to labour law profiles for Roma Servizi per la mobilità (a mobility services company owned by Roma Capitale);

Legal assistance, with a positive outcome at the Supreme Court, to a company operating in the educational services sector, with more than 300 employees, against the claims of dismissed workers and concerning the identification of the employer in corporate groups;
