Miguel Ángel de la Flor

Miguel Ángel is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in labor law and human resources management. His practice focuses on providing strategic advice to companies in sectors such as telecommunications and mining, with an emphasis on collective bargaining, restructuring labor relations, and representing clients in highly complex legal proceedings, among other areas.

He has held nationally recognized industry positions, including President of the Human Resources Committee of the National Society of Mining, Petroleum, and Energy (SNMPE) and Director of the Peruvian Association of Human Resources (APERHU), FONDOEMPLEO, and the Peruvian Institute for Educational Development (IPFE). His approach combines business acumen with regulatory expertise, offering preventive solutions that minimize labor contingencies and strengthen regulatory compliance.

He earned his law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Piura, along with executive education at Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School.
