Oscar Felipe Chirinos

Felipe is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in labor, constitutional, and procedural law. He represents companies in claims related to reinstatement for unjustified, fraudulent, or null dismissal; compensation for arbitrary termination; invalidation of contracts; recovery of labor benefits; pension contributions; and disputes regarding vacation leave, among others.

He is distinguished by his technical expertise and strategic vision in defending corporate interests in complex disputes, as well as by his advisory work in developing internal compliance policies. He complements his legal practice with experience in quality management, having served as a legal expert in ISO 9001 audits for Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.

He holds a law degree from the University of San Martín de Porres. He has completed master’s studies in Constitutional Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and in Labor Law at the University of San Martín de Porres, as well as specializations in Labor Law from the University of Salamanca and in Arbitration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
