Felipe is an attorney with more than 15 years of experience in labor, constitutional and procedural law. He represents companies in claims for reinstatement due to unfair, fraudulent or null dismissal; compensation for arbitrary dismissal; denaturalization of contracts; collection of social benefits; social security contributions and litigation on vacation leave, among others.
He is distinguished by his technical mastery and strategic vision in the defense of business interests in complex disputes, as well as for his advice in the development of internal compliance policies. He complements his practice with experience in quality management, having acted as an expert lawyer in ISO 9001 audits for Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance.
Lawyer graduated from Universidad de San Martín de Porres. He has a master’s degree in Constitutional Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and in Labor Law from the Universidad de San Martín de Porres, as well as a specialization in Labor Law from the Universidad de Salamanca and in Arbitration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
