Rosa Inés Hidalgo Zela

Inés is a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in labor and social security law. Her practice focuses on representing companies in judicial proceedings related to unjustified, fraudulent, or null dismissals; compensation for arbitrary termination; invalidation of contracts; recovery of labor benefits; and pension contributions, among others.

She has established herself as a defense attorney in disputes over overtime work, standing out for her technical handling of the burden of proof regarding working hours and attendance records, ensuring favorable outcomes in highly complex cases.

She holds a law degree from the University of Lima. She has completed a Master’s degree in Labor and Social Security Law at the National University of San Marcos and has complemented her education with diplomas in human resources management and in labor and social security legislation.
