Patricia Jaquotot

Her practice focuses on providing legal advice to private equity firms during the different stages of the investment cycle: from the acquisition to the asset management and exit. She has wide experience in the drafting and negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders agreements, incentive plans, W&I policies, among other topics. Patricia also has experience in the regulatory framework of investment vehicles and management companies, particularly, legal fund structuring and negotiation with investors.
