Advising on the refinancing of: (i) the long-term bank debt of a  group of security companies, composed by a syndicated facility held by a  combined banking and direct lending fund syndicate formed by Banco Santander,  BBVA, Caixabank, Banco Sabadell, Deutsche Bank and Alteralia (Alantra Debt  Fund) and certain bilateral facilities provided by direct lending fund  Aptimus (former Be Spoke); and (ii) different working capital facilities and  state guaranteed Covid loans (ICO Covid) provided by, amongst others, the  banking entities that participate in the syndicated facility

Advising Banco Sabadell on the granting of a project finance  transaction to the company Fergo Galicia Vento-Alfoz, S.L.U. of the  "Airas Wind Farm" with a nominal capacity of 23.35 MW, located in  the municipalities of Alfoz and Mondoñedo (Lugo).

Advising a group of companies in the granting of a syndicated  corporate financing by a syndicate of banks, formed by Banco Santander (as  Coordinator and Sustainability Agent) and BBVA, CaixaBank, Banco Sabadell,  Abanca and Ibercaja Banco (as Lenders). The financing was structured through  the granting of a sustainable senior loan, divided in 4 tranches according to  their purposes, and through a framework agreement of national and  international commercial risk, for an aggregate amount of up to € 97.5 million.
